Just started reading through this, has anyone else looked at it yet? I am nterested in other peoples opinions on the new format. I am looking at the example weekly schedule and not quite sure how it would work out.

OMOB 2016 Update

Rest Wednesday
then hit squats deads EMOM one day and press the other.
You get to chose which acc work you do by the list Jerred has made and your conditioning is yours to choose from.
I'm actually quite excited about it as it's more like a full all round all in one program which is a little more manageable once you get your head around it.

+1 - I really like the update. It's a 6 day week
day 1 ME Squats and DL + accessory
day 2 ME OHP + accessory + cond
day 3 conditioning
day 4 rest
Day 5 DE squat and DL (EMOM day) + cond
Day 6 DE OHP (EMOM) + accessory + cond
I feel this is going to give you more recovery time vs blasting through heavy work and then the EMOM.

How do you get the update?
You should have got an email matey. But go to your EO3 log in and it should be there under the OMOB training program or you can email support and they will sort it out for you.

None yet matey as I am running a advanced German volume training at the moment. But it would be pull ups, upright rows, high pulls, power cleans, power snatch, kettlebell swings, front squats, just what ever took my fancy. So what accessory movements are you all using?

Todd
Same as UK really
front squats
zerchers
def deadlift
push ups
chins
rows
db work
I'm trying to stay consistent for one cycle then change them up but no rhyme or reason to what I'm choosing. Just having fun and moving weight.
