Front Squats were supposed to be at 85%, but I did them at 50%. I'm feeling pretty fatigued this morning and my legs were not feeling great. I think it's a combination of still recovering a bit from that hike and our dog is waking me up now 2-3 times in the middle of the night each night to go to the bathroom. Old lady can't hold it in anymore.

Look on the bright side... Stepping barefoot on cold dog pee... Or worse... First thing in the morning... Not a grear start to the day:-):-):-)
