Basic: Training Day 18
Did a long PVC Snatch progression warm-up. It's been awhile since I've done full squat snatch.

Looked back at my notes and about a year ago I did #100 on the snatch. So I'm definitely out of practice on this lift.
Ran out of time as my daughter woke up early and was not able to complete the remainder of the WOD. Did max rep chin-ups really quick for good measure.

Found these Snatch videos last night that were really good for setup and execution reminders. Probably the best videos I've watched on snatch. Definitely helped me get my warm-up reps in with good form and had the right positioning ques to keep me in a good position from start to finish. I recommend these videos.
