Do you drink coffee? I've seen several studies related to it and exercise, and data suggests its damn near the nectar of the gods lol

My coffee intake has increased in the last month or so. Not for exercise benefits though. I actually think I need to curb the caffeine because it might be effecting my sleep... which effects my mornings and snowballs out of control from there.

Love those push-ups

I never thought I would fall in love with push-ups.

I believe, for me anyway, one of the main ingredients to get me to 100 consecutive push-ups will be planks in the front leaning rest position at the top and the bottom.

  • 2 rounds: 10 back extension, 150m farmer carry 45# dumbbell

Grip was the deciding factor for this session. Forearms and hands are still wrecked. This type of workout is not weekend warrior stuff.

10/14/18pm push-up (20x5 e30**); romwod

**Actual 1 set of 5 and then bothered by the wife and dog before finishing 19x5 e30

Struggling with the dark and cold in the morning. Struggling with a lot of things in the morning.

Way to get in there and get the work done. As always that's a ton of volume. You're a beast man.
