My go to would still be frosted mini wheats. The wife brought a box into the house the other day and I've been eyeing it up... then saw it empty and in the trash yesterday. :(

  • Warmup flow (clean, snatch, reverse lunge, snatch, windmill) 12kg
  • 3x5x20kg emom goblet squat
  • 13x7x20kg emom swing

Should have worked in the push-ups I didn't do last night. Might not get them in tonight either. Hopefully can get a ball rolling.

I miss my push ups. I'm training a new store manager here, so I've got to find a way to get 100 or so into my days organically.

good stuff here.

I miss my push ups. I'm training a new store manager here, so I've got to find a way to get 100 or so into my days organically.

100 should be fairly easy to get down in 10 minutes or less. Pump them out first thing in the morning, or right before bed.
