Ok Gents, I thought of a WOD while at work, had it all planned out.

Got home from work, took a shower, and, while in that shower, badda-boom badda-WOD! :o

LOL ! I thought of this, spur of the moment...

Also, that it would be challenging to me, simply to do.

2 rounds, empty bar, in order, for time:

Round 1, 50 reps: Round 2, 25 reps

bench

bent over row

OHP

upright row

standing tri extensions

curls

WTF?

I like it. I can use this when I go out of town in a couple weeks. Using my 45# sandbag instead of a barbell. PERFECT!

Had to try it again with this time to beat. As prescribed 15:39ish. Was going good until the first set of upright rows. Figured them out for the second set. You know it's a good workout when you get home and the wife asks if you were working back and arms because all your muscles are popping B)

September 1/17

Got back from holidays last night. A week of sun and heat in northern Idaho. Lots of walking around. The hotel "fitness centre" was a closet with a treadmill, elliptical, and a bike.

Repeat of the August WOD

20:28 total time - 16 whole seconds faster than last time on August 17.
