Tripping Over The Truth


I've been researching cancer since I was in my early 20s. I started researching the metabolic angle after seeing a lecture by Greg Glassman.


As a disclaimer, I make a trivial amount of money if someone buys a copy of Tripping Over The Truth. The main point is not to buy the book, but to watch the carbs and to exercise...as much as possible. Prevention is way easier than getting cancer and trying to survive it.

Studies are showing that a Low carb lifestyle (doesn't have to be Keto) can protect you from most of the diseases that affect the elderly today from Alzheimers to Dementia to pre-metabolic syndrome and even some cancers.
