  • Power clean 195#

Thought I posted a new 1rm for the power snatch too, but turns out I had a 140# pr just over a month ago. Ooops. Need to keep it straight where I've recorded my 1rm. Power clean pr is good though. Haven't tested in over a year. 15# increase feels appropriate.

That is one hell of a clean.

It was ugly. I'm still missing the finer points of the second pull. Still lots of room for improvement.

Ugly? Maybe. You damn sure pulled 195 lb from the floor into the front rack position, without injury, and that there is a thing of beauty.

Current bodyweight is fluctuating around 215 right now. New deadlift 1.93x bodyweight.
