All time high back squat PR has never been more than 130kg. Changed the OMOB program up for one cycle to include squatting three times a week only for one cycle, just to push through the plateau.
In the beginning of the cycle I hit a new PR(since starting OMOB) of 125kg, 5kg below all time best of 130kg. At the end of the cycle I hit a new all time best of 140kg, a whole 15kg up from the previous 120kg! This was massive for me.
For the sake of continued progress, I recorded my new PR in the OMOB speadsheet/calculator as 135kg and not the true 140. Hopefully that'll keep me from stalling too quickly after this victory.
Strong on the road to 2xBW backsquat, which is my main goal at the moment.
