I've been doing OMOB with Squats, Deads, and Overhead Presses.

I hurt my shoulder and have to get physical therapy. No more presses. Doc says I can do Deads and Squats. I still want a third exercise, but I probably can't really do something that presses in any way. What suggestions do you have for exercises? (No Presses, Bench, Jerk, Clean, or Snatches) What else is there??? Ha. Maybe I can do weighted pull ups???

Personally I would do pull ups And maybe dips.
But this is a long game so to be honest drop the 3rd lift and do rehab stuff for the shoulder if possible.
My should hurts when I bench press so I just cut them out all together until such time as I'm pain free then I may bring them back.

I'm cutting out both presses, bench & OHP for the next few cycles due to shoulder issues...
But I'm still hoping to still do cleans? MAYBE pull-ups as well

+2 - work thru some movements and monitor for pain.  you could work some banded pull aparts and work mobility

+3. Banded pull aparts will for sure strengthen the shoulder and improve mobility. Stick with squats and deadlifts and you'll pack on full body strength without doing presses. Pull-ups for sure, but careful on the dips (pressing down and at a bad angle could cause more damage). I might experiment with kettlebells and see how the shoulder feels doing some swings and kb snatches. Use the days you would have pressed to concentrate on rehabbing and mobility and by the time you're ready to work the presses back in you'll be better for it.

FYI, I was able to do cleans (given, I'm estimating my 1rm around 200. Maybe) and pull-ups today with only relatively minor discomfort.

DO keep us posted on your progress
