How is hockey going for you?

Summer league so sporadic but I do feel the strength in my legs, core, and butt make me a faster skater and stronger on the puck.  for a 170lb guy not getting pushed around the ice. especially clearing the net and on the boards. 

 

Fall/winter starts soon, the real league. We lose a lot of guys in the summer. How about you?

Back from some hiatus with family stuff but haven't dropped the work

I finished that cycle of OMOB with no new PR

was feeling fluffy so I started really logging food and watching macros again and went back to Harder to Kill

 

Last night on the 4th week of HTK I hit a clean of 200 (power due to mobility and technique)

Dead lift 400. all time PR is 410 but I felt really fat when I did that it was during 5/3/1 with no conditioning

 

Earlier in this week of HTK I hit a snatch of 145 (power/muscle again due to mobility and technique)

I benched 230 which is an all time PR (poverty bench)

 

My BW is still in the mid 160s but feeling leaner.
