You are killing it!! New maxes all over the place. I haven't set a new pr on the bench press since the first time I tested for this program so I'm pretty jealous. Keep pushing! Don't let that deadlift get in your head too much. I was stuck for a while with a mental block, but once I got past that I added 40# in a pretty short time. Just keep going, trust the process, and have fun.
Thanks man, yeah that's exactly what I'm gonna do - trust the process and enjoy it. I'll see how I feel during Deadlifts this week. No rush for a pr, as I know I'll get it in a cycle or 2.
Feels good to be making some real progress
