February 10/20

 

10 minute warm up walk

Barbell Sumo Deadlift - 3 sets of 8 reps @ 135#

Slight incline DB Bench Press - 3 sets of 8 reps @ 60,60,50#

BB Shrugs - 3 sets of 15 reps @ 135#

Goblet Squat - 10 reps @ 50#

20 minute hike

 

Feb. 12/20 (yesterday)

 

5 minute pre-run warm up

Barbell Complex - 4 rounds @ 100#

Hack Squat - 6 reps

Push Press - 6 reps 

Bent Over Row - 6 reps 

RDL - 6 reps 

 

Feb. 13/20 (today)

 

20 minute Interval Run

10 minute cool down run

Bench Press - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 135,155,155#

Deadlift - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 155#

Chin ups - 5 sets of 5 reps 

Lunge (front foot elevated) - 4 sets of 6 reps / side @ 25,25,35,35#

 

Tubing Wood Chops - 2 sets of 15 reps / side

Finished night shifts...tired...

 

25 minute AMRAP

 

Lunges - 10 reps/side

Push Up - 10 reps 

Narrow stance back squat - 10 reps @ 135#

Bodysaw Plank - 10 reps

Alternating DB Flat Bench Press - 10 reps/side @ 30#

Bent over DB row - 10 reps @ 30#

 

5 rounds (knees hurt)

Found out the other day I have osteoarthritis in both knees and my left hand...not stopping this Spartan!

BB Shrugs - 3 sets of 12 reps @ 135#

 

25 minute AMRAP

Squat Jump - 10 reps 

DB Shoulder Press - 10 reps @ 30#

DB Woodchoppers - 10 reps/side @ 20#

1 arm DB Row - 10 reps / side @ 30#

DB Lateral Raise - 10 reps @ 20#

BB RDL - 10 reps @ 135#

 

5 rounds +10 squat jumps+10 DB shoulder press

 

10 minute cool down walk

I sprinkle it on my cornflakes and add it to my coffee...in the skullcap crockery

Chin ups - 10 reps 

Zercher Squats - 10 reps @ 135#

KB Pullover - 10 reps @ 35#

Alternating DB flat bench press - 10 reps / arm @ 40#

Weighted Rockys (ab exercise) 10 reps @ 10#

total completed - 4 rounds + jump squat+chin-ups+Zerchers+8 KBPullovers

 

10 minute cool down walk
