February 8/19

Holy shit I am sore...that run kicked my ass.

Finished off yesterdays workout...

DB Seated Shoulder Press - 2 sets of 6 reps @ 35#
- 2 sets of 12 reps @ 25#
DB Lateral Raise - 4 sets of 12 reps @ 20#
Barbell Shrug - 2 sets of 6 reps @ 185#
- 2 sets of 12 reps @ 155#
DB shrugs - 2 sets of 6 reps @ 70#
- 2 sets of 12 reps @ 60#

Back to the cardio tomorrow ... down 3.4 lbs from last month with all the cardio I have been doing...

Barbell Row - 2 sets of 6 reps @ 135#
- 2 sets of 12 reps @ 95,100#
Barbell Curl - 2 sets of 6 reps @ 95#
- 2 sets of 12 reps @ 75,80#
DB Hammer Curl - 2 sets of 6 reps @ 30#
- 2 sets of 12 reps @ 20#
Superset
Barbell Wrist curls - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 75#
Barbell Reverse Wrist Curls - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 75#

Shoveling snow and helping my son with his grade 7 project of some sort...

Spent all day yesterday at work earning my pay...running full tilt to STAT calls, fighting meth heads. MAnaged to twinge my left knee in the scrap...not running today until I talk to a doctor later...

20 minute Pop Fun Walk
Barbell Bench Press - 3 sets of 12 reps @ 135#
DB 1 arm OH extension - 2 sets of 12 reps @ 20#

Back to work tonight...

So I guess I managed o strain y left knee, so I have to take it easy for a little while..on a staycation with the family this weekend...not much of a gym here, but can do light cardio...

30 minute bike ride (low level)
20 minute Power Walk
