How and Why to Start/Run a Log

All people who are serious about their training write down their workouts.

Keeping a log will help you track your progress and also allow others to view your training, give feedback and help out...WHILE also holding you accountable. 


How to: 

  • Click 'Start a New Topic' in this forum (not a reply to this post) 
  • Name your log something EPIC! 
  • Track your daily/weekly workouts 
  • Post results/video/PRs etc...
