Dumb question. On the barbell hopper, if it says Sprint 30-50 meters, do you just do one Sprint or the number of reps specified? I thought Jerred covered that, but I've went back through the material and can't find it.

Normally it's per rep. So 50 mtrs = 1 rep.
My last word will probably be
"Whoops"
"Now, get off my lawn!"

+1. I had to go into my hopper and play with it until the sprints came up. I would read it as 16x50m sprints.

Seems like that would eat up a big chunk of the 15 minute WOD.

 Run faster?!?

I guess if we were actually smart we could have figured out 16x50m is 800m. Now I'm betting it's a single 800m run as fast as possible.

Yeah tonight's WOD had 5 rounds:

9 heavy cleans

15 pushups

21 squats

200m run

I was second last... lol but finished in 19mins

The cleans after the later runs slowed me down...  I HATE RUNNING!

16x50mm is totally a doable piece of a 15 minute wod.  :)
