Only one for now... and i am booking it in in advance... having some faith.
Push Press 65kg for a single.
I based my OMOB v2 on 65kg for push press but, actually, ive never put that overhead. I am hoping it'll be alright - since a month ago, when doing 531, i pressed 57.5kg for 11 reps.
All other lifts i will wait for a couple of cycles before trying for PR's.
Will update if i nail it, or not, tomorrow.
