I have a little bit of background in lifting. Football introduced me to weights without explanation. Rowing intorduced me to more Olympic wieghts, but it was more speed than weight. I have done to Crossfit gym, but the cost is prohibitive for long term (i.e. kids, wife) success. So I built my home gym, so I thought I would start fresh and new.
I wanted to start at ground zero for a few rounds in order to wake up the 40+ body. While looking at the Ground zero workout routine, the core trianing is pretty straight forward. I am a bit confused by the lifts. Once the core is done, do I do "a" "b", an then "c" one week and then the other the next week? Or do I do all of the "a" "b" and "c" (both rows) lifts each day? I am basically looking for a breakdown for the new guy.
