Murph,,,,
Do it with or without a vest....
If you cant run then row 1/1 means row a mile for the mile run.
If you can't do the whole Murph then do a Half murph.

Any kind of sub is ok. Jumping/kipping what every the fuck you want to do just do it.

Jumping 100 pull ups

200 push ups 

300 air squats

1 mile row Time =56:50:50

 

This is actualy7 minutes faster than i thought i was going to do it in.. I was honestly looking at being happy with a sub hour..

100 jumping pull-ups

300 Air Squats
1 mile “run” (may have been a fast walk)

Total time - 1:01:50

Also didn’t realize that my treadmill was at an incline of 5... I thought it was at 0.5

    • 800m run (7.5 km/h)
    • 10x 5 chin-up, 10 push-up, 15 squat
    • 1600m run (13.5 km/h)

No time. Didn't take as long as I thought it might. I know what my issues with Murph are, but I'm not motivated to address them directly.

Thanks for keeping the spirit alive guys..

I've been a real bitch lately with these throw downs - sorting all kinds of shit out in my own head.  Nothing that everybody isn't already struggling with.  Any - a warm up Murph will be good but mother nature just dumped fucking snow on us so stay tuned

I'm just going to put this here as evidence that I did finally do the challenge, but not with a penalty (yet) as I figured doing it with an AC joint sprain and a strained calf was enough for one day.

 

"Murph"

1 Mile Ruck 30# on Treadmill

100 Assisted Pull Ups (the gym has one of those assisted pull up machines, so I loaded up the weight and made it very easy on my shoulder)

200 Push Ups

300 Air Squats (with my strained calf and general tightness going on in my legs I decided to basically do box squats down to an 18-19" bench instead of ass to grass)

1 Mile Ruck 30# on Treadmill

 

Time  - 56:07
