I recently stumbled across a guy who shared his notes from 6 months of reading books, watching documentaries, and listening to podcasts with some of the biggest names in the field of strength and conditioning; Stan Efferding, Charles Poliquin, and Matt Wenning:
Most of the notes are short and none go real in depth on topics but I found it an easy and informative read and thought some of you guys may enjoy it as well.
