Amrap

10 pull ups
20 push ups
30 air squats
15 pull ups
30 push ups
45 air squats
20 pull ups
40 push ups
60 air squats
25 pull ups
50 push ups
75 air squats
30 pull ups
60 push ups
90 air squats

 

Feet up feet down assisted pull ups whatever the fuck just do it.

5/5/18 what Stu said, but less...

 

Total - 315 reps

 

Pull-ups were done with a heavy band. Push-ups were done deep off my diy push-up bars. Muscle fatigue was the limiting factor for me. Had to start breaking up sets pretty early.

I think its best to break it down from the start mate.

I managed the first 2 rounds unbroken, then my lats started resisting. Even with a heavy band I'm not good for high rep pull-ups. Would rather add weight than reps.

Had no energy for the last set of pull ups I did
