Barbell complex (3 rounds @ 95#) - 1st round=8 reps, 2nd round=10 reps, 3rd round= 15 reps
Romanian Deadlift -
Hang clean -
Alternating reverse lunges - reps/side
(Complete each exercise (all reps) without putting down barbell = 1 round of complex, if drop barbell before end of all exercises then round doesn't count)
Rest as you feel needed between rounds - grip will be tested for sure...
