Hey Fellas (and ladies if there are any lurking around here quietly).
I know we've got a handful of people that are just struggling with consistency and feeling positive about their efforts and health.
I was wondering if you all would be interested in me setting up a shared Google Sheets doc that could be shared with all of us and we set up some kind of scoring system where you get different points for different activities during the month of February?
You wouldn't win anything, except for just encouragement, involvement, and having fun.
I was just thinking instead of proposing some monster soul sucking WOD that most people aren't going to do right now, what if we just focused on healthy activity and moving forward, whatever that means for each of us?
I think I could setup a spreadsheet that would allow each of us to enter on the honor system what we did each day like, walking, running, lifting, mobility, yoga, sports.............etc, and then that would have some kind of point value.
Anyone interested in this concept?
