I just thought of posting this up this morning when I was home taking my supps before heading into work.  Here's my current list of daily supplements.

Multi-Vitamin

Vitamin D3 (winter time, not much sun around here)

Vitamin C

Fish Oil (omega 3)

Probiotic supplement (stomach issues)

Besides that I usually take a whey protein supplement every now and then.

What's everyone else taking here?

I try to get everything I need from whole natural foods, but especially where it's winter time here now I need to add some supps to get everything I need.

I take alot of supplements/vitamins (too many I know, should be more whole food based and all that). The whole food costs were killing me so I switched to some vitamins to supplement the diet and save some cash.

cod liver oil

d3

k/k2

trace mineral liquid added to distilled water

colostrum

moringa

spirulina

a fruit/green drink

alpha lipoic acid

turmeric/bioperine

bee pollen

cinnammon

brewers yeast

preworkout

protein powders

glucosamine chondrotine

I work nights, have trouble sleeping and have recently tried iron dream s prebed supplement

Have you ever tried Melatonin?  It's supposed to help with quality of sleep, a friend of mine swears by it.

I have tried it, and the iron dream also has it. I think I need to just soundproof my bedroom or get one of those cool bed capsules like in the movie blade or that you see in airports.

I have been experimenting with a lot of the supplements recently and have found that for me simple is better.

Current and will stick with for a while:

Whey Protein Isolate with Whole milk

Daily Multivitamin

Fish Oil

Creatine

Vitamin D until I can get outside with no snow

Tried and just haven't taken on but were ok

Beta Alanine

L Argnine

Want to try

BCAAs amino acids

If anyone has input on the BCAA and what they like and don't like about it I would appreciate it
