After months of trying to get my car port turned into a garage it's finally done.
Not quite finished with the set up but not far off.
Half rack, 200kgs of bumpers, nice barbell, kbs, pull up bar, rings, ab mat, 9kg wall ball, diy jump box and sled, bike and rower, giant tractor tyre.
Jumper's smash box.

Thanks, will do!
Have just finished building a base to put the lifting platform on as the ground it quite a bit out of level...a couple of hours later and sorted. Will post a new pic of it soon.

Cheers Jpera.
Have since built this platform to fix the out of level problem the existing cobblestones presented.

And scored some unused carpet from a family member! Has tidied it up nicely.

Jochen, here is a (very small!) picture of the platform in progress. I have added some more lengths for support since this. I just levelled it using packers, very easy. Haven't drilled into the ground, cobbles aren't ideal to attach to, but with the size and the weight of the platform it's not going to move.
The top right corner is sitting flush on the ground and the front left is sitting about 60mm off the ground!
It's basically two sheets of 1200x2400 ply laid across it with one on top through the middle and 15mm mats either side. I extended the top of the platform slightly(650mm) for the half rack to give me a little more space for lifting.

You're too kind Jochen! Cheers mate :)

And thanks Cooper, to be fair I got the basic idea off a garage gym I found online once. Pretty handy!

Added a couple more pics in the gallery. Upgraded to a concept2 rower. While they're not cheap, they are definitely worth every penny.

Just added a pic of my new sled to the gallery. Super happy with it. Made by a local guy to my specs. Just ordered some Uhmw plastic for pushing it on the road outside so still waiting to break it in proper.
