PRs after first OMOB Cycle

HI,

 

after finishing my first OMOB type 2 I were quite suprised of my results. I used a calculated 1rm during this cycle. Last week (3rd week) I found my trueMAX and I´m a little proud :) Only my squat result makes me shame...

 

Bench 130kg

Deadlift 160kg

Press 75kg

Squat 130

 

I´m looking forward to the next cycle!!!!
