Saturday I tweaked something in my groin area slightly. Rested and the pain went away. Good deal. This morning tweaked something behind my scapula. Got to learn not to jump up out of the bed running I suppose. Mild tweak I think, no worries. Pick it up tomorrow.

OMOB Wk 3 rep scheme.

 

DL: 2,2,1,1 x 185/205/220/230lbs  ss Bench: 2,2,1,1 x 135/145/155/160lbs

 

EMOM: Dl: 1x185lbs x 15min ss Bench: 2x135lbs x 15min

 

I felt a slight twinge in the hip so I tok Pops Docs advice and worked up to the pain, not thru it.

 

Also, I discovered a flaw in my DL form today. At the top, after lock out, my back rounds for a second as I lower the bar. It straightens out around mid thigh, so it doesn't last long, but, long enough...
