Nice work Stu. You're going to be cranking out 10+ pull ups in no time. I love that Fighter Pull Up method.

Good stuff Stu. Holding your form outside of the gym has been something I've really picked up on as well. A colleague asked me if I'd hurt my back because I was lifting some stuff with proper form. He looked at me like I had 2 heads when I said I was doing it to prevent hurting my back!

Loving the fighter pullup programme as well. I've got a plan to fit that in later in the year. This is the first time I've seen it in action though, so looking forward to seeing your progress

Thanks Hillside! I'm liking this fighter pull-up program. It's going to start getting tough.
