Here are pics of my garage gym. It took over a year to perfect but it is pretty much completed. There aren't any Crossfit WOD's I can't do except for rope climbs. Even have a 25, 30, 50, 100, 200,300, and 400m track marked around my block. All I'm missing now is some Eo3 jerk boxes. = ). I also have to move some stuff to a new shed in the near future to make it more comfortable. Allows me and the wife to switch watching the kids while the other one works out. If I'm not in the mood I just hit the wall timer and I have 10 seconds to get started before I talk myself out of it. Lol. Here's some pics. Enjoy

Sorry didnt know how to resize photos earlier. I can work great with my hands but I can't work a computer to save my life. I think I attached them this time.

Sorry about high jacking your post thought I was starting a new thread. It's funny you mention not being able to use computers though.

This is awesome. That prowler/sled you have looks great. Could you upload a better pic or explain how you built it?

Nice digs.  Kid always hiding behind the plyo box?

Joe, I have a similar home made KB set up, and I use standard plates with mine.  Works pretty well. I have had 70lbs on mine.  That was the first time it felt like the flange was going to rip the threads off the pipe, but it held.

I had a home made pull up bar that ripped off the threads while doing murf last memorial day.  Good thing I had the rings up to do my pull ups that way.  I have since gotten the studbarpullupbar.  I love it.
