Was there any bounce from the blocks or are they pretty immobile?

The move a bit, they're not super heavy, if I could anchor them to concrete That'd be a simple way to immobilize them. In a workout the movement isn't that bad, but I drop the bar from overhead with no control they move a bit. I'll take a video later

They move a bit but not bad, on a side note I should've used a steel top, the wood one isn't going to hold up.
