I'll put them down here as I hit them...I plan on hitting a lot of them!

 

In week 12 of Accelerate, so haven't done bench per se in the program...anyway, finished a run then decided to test my 1 RM bench.  Increased 25# from 200 - 225.  I'll take it even though I've done nothing to work on it!  Going to do at least 1 OMOB with bench next.

New deadlift PR! 40# increase for new 1RM of 405#!

Totally awesome Salw14 . Thats a pile of weights for sure and one hell of an increase .
