Haven't posted in a while - mostly been working and working on the gym but today I felt like setting a new PR. So here it is, no belt, no wraps, no straps just me, my bada$$ shoes and two pairs of hookgrip sleeves to keep my joints warm. Weighed in at 130.2lbs without the shoes today and got 390lbs, so about 3x my bodyweight. Warming up I hit 2x my bodyweight with a double overhand hookgrip so my grip strength is on par too. Going for 405 in th next couple months unequipped (no belt) as well.

Thanks Stu! Hey do you know how to attach vids? I tried compressing the vid that I took of the deadlift (cause it doesn't count if we don't see it right, haha) but it still says "file too big"...

So haven't really done heavy front squats in a while, mostly cause I have trouble getting into the tack position and then holding it. I'll blame it on have big gunz and not poor mobility/flexibility. Anyway, last time I checked my 1RM for front squats I was at 205 (no belt). I hit 210 for a double (still no belt) and did it twice today. Overall I'm very pleased with that.

" Blame it on the big gunz " he says ! Sounds much better than poor mobility and flexibility  :) . With these chicken wings I got , it would be tough to say that with a straight face for more than a second , LOL !

Nice on that FS !

Thanks Stu, I still hate front squats but they're good for your soul...and bringing up your back squat

OK - hit 290, with a belt, for my back squat today @ a body weight of 133.2. Overall goal is to remain under 135 and get 315.

Ok so despite the hangover - I hit 210 for my Power Clean at a body weight of 133.8lbs. No belt, no wraps, just knee sleeves and lots of caffeine/heavy metal.
