Hey Pops , 335 is beautiful ! I know that felt great too . I hope you didn't leave any flesh

As for De-load week , I treated it like a vacation at first , LOL ! Soon , it started to drag on . I have my de-load week in the fourth week of the month so that I can give it my all on these insane monthly challenges . These challenges , for me anyway , simulate the unexpected that life throws us . They never fit in with my plans but thats the nature of the beast . The athletes here dont waist a minute tho , and I'm still learning .

Great work on the daily grind Pops!
I've been off the forums for a few days. Busy as hell, missed all kinds of good stuff!
Personally with deload, I was running slightly different excerises that week - my main lifts were strict press, overhead squat, front squat and deadlifts, so I'd run back squat, sumo deadlifts and bench press. I'd get a good weight in but not max it out.
The slight variation was good for something different if nothing else. Just don't tax the CNS too much that week and you'll be pearler!

Hey Pops, great cycle! I agree with Jumper, I will search out Concrete Jungle or Invictus and pick out some of their WODS. Nothing real heavy, if I'm feeling beat I'll work technique a day or two to really get some recovery.

I think the heavy WODs are great. Take something awful and make it excruciating so the Rx version isn't so bad by comparison. That's how I approach life in general, haha.

There seems to be an infestation of SEC fans around these parts!!  I work with a hard core 'Bama fan - sorry if I made you throw up a little just by saying their name out loud.  Not intentional....  I do want to see the Crimson Tide lose AGAIN!!!!  Sorry, getting carried away.  Have one for me - early game for us tomorrow

Your comments about sweating in the "other" gym are hilarious and spot on

Nice work with the Girls this week
