Stu, Street tacos are usually a meat of choice like pulled pork, brisket or fajita chicken with cilantro and onions in corn tortillas (ALWAYS corn, never flour tortillas) and garnished w a wedge of lime. Various big chains screw em up by adding a bunch of exotic bullshit and serve em in flour.
For the full culinary experience, these need to be chased w cold beer(s).

Road trip is complete & the crisis has been averted.
Daughters roommate had quit school and subleased her part through Craigs List to a 46 yr old woman with a criminal history. Uh..yeah.
Couple of days to recover and back to training on monday

Glad to hear safe and sound with the little miss -- Do they ever grow up or when you look at her is she still 10??

Nice work, it never seems to fail no matter how much you adjust your schedule, taking a dump always happens in the middle....

Good question...

Honestly...it's really more that you want them to still "need" you like they were 10, in some small way.

Not that you want your kids to be "dependent" on you, as we've tried to raise ours to leave and be their own people.

But at the base of every man, especially as we're confronted daily with our own mortality, is the increasing desire to still be "needed" or valued, maybe especially by your children.

It's a fear that should drive me every morning when I wake up...
