Since I'm in a new spot, I figured I'd start posting PRs from the current locale.

LBBS: 335

I've been higher in the past, but not since I did a hard reset on my low bar back squat about three months ago.  I think I could have gone heavier, but this felt really good and the form felt solid.

***I will keep the section below here updated with the current PRs (mostly for my own benefit in remembering)***

LBBS: 400 (9 May 16)

DL: 385

Bench: 205

OHP: 140

Front Squat: 225

Thank you.  I feel like the stuff I'm putting in here is so light sometimes, but it feels good when I move it!

Nice squat brother - just remember that numbers are irrelevant. Better today than yesterday
