Dude, I love that Chaos and Pain guy - sucks he had to take the porn out of his blog. Some of the crap he comes up with is just plain wrong....

I personally think Jamie is a genius, on the same level as Louie. Equally controversial too. Though I prefer Jamie's style to Louie's but that's another topic. And yeah...it was even worse (better) with the porn haha. Ultimately he puts his money where his mouth is. Dude is a monster and at 185ish no less. Squatting over 600# for reps with no belt! Come on....when he speaks I listen.

Uhh I think early to mid 30s. I'm pretty sure he started competing in PL later in life than most. Kinda just dropped in on the scene and took a couple records in his first meet.

You should read his article on "getting off" at least 3x a day for natty T increase...hilarious and scientifically backed. Started doing this myself. Don't know if it's working but I'm having the time of my life! I do think it's these little things that may not make a huge physiological difference but contribute to the elite mindset that's needed to win.

That's hilarious - I'll have to check it out.  I've been married for 14 years so I'm well versed......
