1 Man 1 Garage Log

I'm in a boot. Its been about a week since I've done anything since I have had family stuff come up.
The plan is to get in the gym tomorrow and do some upper body work to keep things moving and not let the foot hold me back....

The boot wasn't expected- tuned out to be a stress fracture. No access to a Pool and with where the injury is on the ball of the big toe not sure I could do a whole lot of swimming (toe pointing) at this time.
That being said I went to the gym today.
I did some Back and Bis.... pull ups and knee raises
I walked .3 miles on a Treadmill
I used TRX bands for curls and rows and did a couple 1 legged burpees to keep the HR up....
Steviech.... I'm looking for a way to Row with a boot on... if anyone has suggestions/video let me know!

Just about 3 Months off- Finally got in some exercise and the Toes feeling alright at the moment. Rucked into work today
2.4ish miles (Trouble with App) in 47 Minutes.
It just felt good to walk at a faster pace then normal and not feel anything in the Toe. Going to slowly start coming back!

Tuesday I hit up 4.5 total miles- mostly walked and then added in a bit of light jogging just trying to get the confidence back with the toe. Then did some light lifting.
Did a quarter Murph as well
Wed I was traveling and got to the airport way to early... so I basically walked for 1 hour and 15 minutes back and forth between 2 terminals.... Maybe I got 2 miles 2.25 miles in
I signed up for 1000 miles in a year prior to the foot issue. I'm aiming for 700 now so I got work to do!
