This is actually a barn gym named The Blue Barrel Gym.

We have in the gym:

Blue barrel jerk boxes

Blue barrel 18" and 24" box jumps   (and yes they work great on dirt)

Blue barrel sled equipped with a heavey log ( harness is a tow strap with a clevis)

30 gallon Blue barrel with water for flipping  approximately 200 lbs   (Not pictured)

The blue barrels even work for storage

17 foot rope

400 lb tire for flipping  tire also works for GHD, 24 inch box jump, and sledge hammer work

E03 DIY 20 lb wall ball

E03 DIY 10 lb slam ball

Bar bells and and plates

8 foot Slosh pipe

Pullup bar and rings

plates with handle holes for kettle bells

And thats how you do Cowboy Crossfit

This is a wicked example of making do and improvising! Boom!
Does it hurt? Good. Get it done.
