Hey Tim, have you ever done Yoga? I have been saving these challenges. I Had a hard time following along.


I have long considered it but this is my first time. They are pretty tough, part of the reason I decided to do them twice daily was to see if it would help me perform them correctly.

Wednesday night tabata class at the y. 60mins
10 min open stride machine
10 min stretch

The instructor decided to do an upper body focus tonight, hopefully it doesn't affect my benching in the morning

Worked on my power clean, empty bar only, about 30 mins. Re-watched this episode of Art of Manliness prior and during.

 

 

25 minutes steady pace spin bike, final hr134

I had planned on watching a movie with my girls tonight but I just got a facebook notification that a 5k run I signed up for at the begining of the year is tonight. Thankfully I have a good short notice babysitter!

I must have had horrific running form last night, it was only a 5k but my left hip feels like it was 25k.

As someone once told me,( I paraphrase ) " its good to kick that little bitch side of yourself in the ass", lol! You didn't feel like doing the work, so you did it. Nice.

Those EMOM's were hell and my bike sprints weren't quite as sprinty as normal.

Yaka,I like that. I think I'll try to insert it in my vocabulary as often a possible at work this week.
