I am currently in week 4 of my first cycle of OMOB v1 and have decided to test my 1RM's this week. So far I am 2 for 2 in breaking my estimated 1rm and setting PR's
5/9-OHP-125lbs PR, +10lbs over calculate 1rm
5/10-Deadlift-305lbs PR, +5lbs over calulated 1rm
