This is what I have put together so far.
Power rack
Squat rack? With lat pull down
Flat bench
2 inclined benches
2 Olympic bars
2 standard bars
1 hex bar
2 ez curl bars (1 Olympic 1 standard)
675 lbs Olympic weight
Dumbbells to 4O lbs
About 150 lbs standard weights
Lance Armstrong soon bike
Heavy? Bag and reflex bag

And of course Old Glory, this particular flag flew in hostile waters on my ship while we were deployed during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

It still needs a lot of work but it's mine.

Apparently this squid isn't smart enough to add pics, hopefully the link works

Ah now that's a thing of beauty. My favorite part is your red midget bench and multi colored bumper plates.

Good man. Start 'em early

Thanks Pops! My girls really enjoy. My oldest is getting to big for their bench, I have an old cheapo that would have come in a set with concrete weights. I would like to cut some plywood disks out of plywood to make her some plates and have her start using that. I wish they were bumper plates, they are iron plates with a rubber ring around the outside of them, can't complain though they were the first olympic weights I picked up, I think i gave $50 for the bar and 255lbs of weight.

It is a far way off but I cannot weight until I can add a rower to the setup. I think my next purchase will have to be a weight belt.

Thanks Hammer! I got that at a VIP meet and greet at a show they played with Black Label Society and (my future ex-wives) The Butcher Babies.

I helped my girls pick out my father's day present today. Unfortunately, they told me I had to wait until Sunday to use them, gonna be a loooooong wait. ,

A couple weeks ago while watching an old episode of American Ninja Warrior they decided we needed to name out gym. They wanted to use our initials but decided that TOE gym sounded to much like toe jamI think they finally decided to use our middle initials. My brother helped me, last Sunday, start the needed deconstruction prior to renovation of the gym. When, and if, that is ever completed it will be christened.....AMP'd Fitness!

The Father's Day additions!

I "helped" my girls pick these out for me,

I really wasn't looking to add kgs to the gym but the price was right.

Looking forward to working on my form on some of the olympic lifts with these.

These were in a box left on my porch yesterday along with a note that they were a father's day present from my girls. A great addition, can't wait to try out the new collars in the morning.

No, I don't. I took a couple pine 1x12's and ripped pieces for the sides so that the total height with the top would be 2" and 4" and I think the tops I made 28" long. There are a lot of good plans on the internet though.
